The TRBR wishes to inform and remind all Radio Apparatus Licence Holders of radio equipment’s which are installed on-board marine vessels, aircraft and on land, and whose licenses have not yet been renewed for 2021 of their obligations to have their radio licenses renewed as soon as possible and no later than June 11th, 2021.

For the Operators who are using the following services listed below but have not been issued with a Radio Apparatus Licence, TRBR is kindly asking that you come forward and sort out your licence as soon as possible no later than June 11th, 2021. TRBR is taking necessary steps to ensure all users of the services listed are operating legally in Vanuatu.

The outcome of this Consultation is for the general public to provide feedback particularly regarding the Regulatory role of Broadcasting and Media to fully transfer from the Vanuatu Broadcasting and Television Corporation (VBTC) to TRBR and to give effect for establishment of any Broadcasting and Media Universal Access Policy (UAP); and to ensure fair Competition in the Broadcasting Market Vanuatu.
