Determinations and Decisions

Telecommunications Radiocommunications and Broadcasting Regulator (TRBR) plays an important role in determining and deciding over issues brought by service providers. Investigations and analysis are undertaken by TRBR to hear and determine such issues and the aim is to provide service providers with fair, transparent and effective decisions and determinations.  

The process towards reaching determinations and decisions is to invite the parties concerned to participate by giving them the opportunity to submit further information required and give their opinions before a final determination or decision is issued to bind all parties.
