2012 Orders
This order is to Authorize TVL and Digicel to divulge end user Information of persons who cause nuisance and annoyance calls to the National short Code Emergency Numbers to the Police.
This Order is issued as a result of reports to Telecommunications Radiocommunications and Broadcasting Regulator (TRBR) that certain individuals persistently make calls to the free emergency lines without any reasonable excuse and cause annoyance or inconvenience to the national emergency agencies' operators.
This Order requires Licensees to suplly information to the Telecommunications Radiocommunications and Broadcasting Regulator (TRBR) that is relevant to the exercise of TRBR's functions. duties, powers and responsibilities under the Telecommunications and Radiocommunications Regulation Act, 2009 ("the Act") and the Licences for telecommunications service providers.
