2014 Determinations

Telecommunications Radiocommunications and Broadcasting Regulator (TRBR) has made its Determination, among other things, on the UAP Broadband Speed Provisions. This Determination was made following wide-ranging consultations with industry on 6th May 2014 and, subsequently, on 14th August 2014, where TRBR sought comments and feedback from industry, service providers, Government and interested individuals.

This Determination needs to be read in conjunction with, and enforces various matters in relation to, the Government’s UAP to ensure that the Policy is effectively implemented in accordance with its requirements, whilst at the same time; it encourages innovation and market development in the UAP areas.
