Relevant Government Policies
As the statutory and independent agency constituted to regulate telecommunications and radiocommunications services, Telecommunications Radiocommunications and Broadcasting Regulator (TRBR) has the mandate to implement policies as developed by the Government of Vanuatu. The policies show the determinations and visions of the government in relation to the development and regulation of the sector, and TRBR works along those policies.
There are 3 existing policies mandating TRBR with goals to achieve:
