Order 2 of 2017

Order for the approval of pricing for specific sales of wholesale international internet bandwidth by Fidelity Communications Corporation (“FCC”). Order 2 is based on the findings and reasons in ‘Telecommunications Radiocommunications and Broadcasting Regulator's (TRBR) Final Determination Concerning FCC’s Requests for Approval of Pricing for Several Sales of Leased Capacity’ of 2 May 2017 and is made pursuant to Order 1 of 2017 that requires FCC to seek TRBR approval for pricing for any further sales of capacity.
