Advertising Guidelines
Telecommunications service providers have a code of conduct imposed by section 39(5) of the Telecommunications and Radiocommunications Regulation Act of 2009 not to engage in conducts that are misleading, deceptive, or likely to mislead or deceive.
The Guideline was developed to provide service providers with a framework to guide them in their advertisements.
