Class License
All individuals, businesses, and small to medium entities involved in providing or reselling telecommunications services, including internet services, must have their operations properly registered or authorised in accordance with the law.
This requirement is mandated by the Telecommunications, Radiocommunications and Broadcasting Regulation Act [No. 30 of 2009] (as amended), referred to herewith as The Act.
Section 12 (1) of The Act clearly states: "A person must not provide a telecommunications service except under and in accordance with a licence or exemption."
