2011 Decision
When Telecommunications Radiocommunications and Broadcasting Regulator (TRBR) has issued its final determination on the interconnection rates between TVL and Digicel in July 2010, Digicel invited TRBR to review its determination, in particular the application of glide-path method for mobile to mobile termination charges.
Telecommunications Radiocommunications and Broadcasting Regulator (TRBR), after conducting investigations and receiving submissions from both TVL and Digicel, removed the upward glide-path for mobile to mobile termination and applied the final benchmark rate of 9.9vt. Other glide-path methods for other services (e.g. non mobile to mobile, etc) remain the same.
