The Minister in charge of ICT, through the office of TRBR, wishes to recruit a new Ni-Vanuatu Regulator in accordance with section 4 and section 5 of the TRBR Act.
The Role
The Role of the Regulator under section 7 of the TRBR Act in general is to regulate the Telecommunications, Broadcasting, and Radiocommunications market. The Regulator is to also advise the Minister as to policy, making of regulations, and such other matters as the Minister may request; and implement, facilitate and enforce the provisions of TRBR Act.
