The Quality of Service (QoS) of a network is a general measure of a network’s performance based on international standards. Vanuatu is among the developing countries in the world and is in need of in-depth expertise in carrying out this QoS benchmarking exercise.
The office of the Telecommunications, Radiocommunications and Broadcasting Regulator (TRBR) has now moved on to the next phase of the QoS benchmarking.
After consultation with stakeholders, operators and general public, TRBR has decided to contract an independent vendor to carry out this benchmarking exercise. TRBR now seeks to find an independent vendor for this. The vendor is expected to provide a clear and concise proposal of how it will be able to carry out the scope of work provided on the Terms of Reference paper.
Submission of expressions of Interest is due before 4:00pm on the 12th of April 2019.
