2017 Orders

Signed on 15 May 2017, an Order for Fidelity Communications Corporation (FCC) to provide specific documents and information to Telecommunications Radiocommunications and Broadcasting Regulator (TRBR) relating to its supply of international wholesale internet capacity services.

Order for the approval of pricing for specific sales of wholesale international internet bandwidth by Fidelity Communications Corporation (“FCC”). Order 2 is based on the findings and reasons in ‘Telecommunications Radiocommunications and Broadcasting Regulator's (TRBR) Final Determination Concerning FCC’s Requests for Approval of Pricing for Several Sales of Leased Capacity’ of 2 May 2017 and is made pursuant to Order 1 of 2017 that requires FCC to seek TRBR approval for pricing for any further sales of capacity.

Order requiring Fidelity Communication Corporation (FCC) to seek prior approval from Telecommunications Radiocommunications and Broadcasting Regulator (TRBR) for any supply of capacity, or any sale or transfer of its rights to capacity, on the ICN1 submarine cable for a period of 12 months.
