TRR Publishes Quality of Service Guideline

Following TRR’s public consultation on the draft Quality of Service Regulation in October/November 2011, feedbacks on the proposed Draft Regulation had been received from TVL and Digicel in the form of written submissions. Based on the feedbacks from the two operators and taking the factors into consideration, TRR has taken the decision to split the document into a Guideline and a Regulation for the Publication of Data and Information, to be introduced following the publication of this Quality of Service Guideline.
