2022 Annual Report

In accordance with the legal mandate specifi ed in section 11 of the Telecommunications
Radiocommunications and Broadcasting Regulations Act No. 30 of 2009, as amended (referred
to hereinafter as “the Act”), TRBR is obligated to submit an Annual Report to the Honorable
Minister overseeing Telecommunications/ICT, Radiocommunications, and Broadcasting every
calendar year. Since its establishment in 2008 as the TRR, now as TRBR, the organization has
consistently fulfi lled this signifi cant obligation.
